Terms & Conditions

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We may revise a quote if the site conditions differ from what was described.

A deposit of up to 30% is required before work starts. Interim payments are due as agreed. Final payment is due within 14 days of completion. Overdue invoices may attract statutory interest. We reserve the right to pause work on unpaid invoices.

We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care, use quality materials, and comply with relevant Building Regulations. We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance.

You must provide safe site access, obtain any required planning permissions, and respond promptly to our requests to avoid delays.

Report any defects within 12 months of completion and we will fix them at no charge, provided they result from our workmanship or materials.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
